If you’re a bit lost in your own roads, let’s get you back on track and strike into it ?. Here’s a guideline to discovering your unexposed power!
- Take a test
Taking a test is probably the easiest way to learn about yourself. We suggest the “old but gold” all-time famous 16 Personalities Test created by MBTI®. The test can help you discover your strengths, weaknesses, and potential careers based on your personality. The test is not a random quiz that you can find on the internet but it’s actually a study of modern psychological and social research. Upon the completion of the test, you’ll be categorised among the 16 personality types which belong to one of the 4 groups: 1. Analysts 2. Diplomats 3. Sentinels and 4. Explorers. Your characteristics such as weak and strong points, career choices, relationships and friendships will be suggested based upon the scientific research that pillars the personality test.
You’d be surprised by the simplicity of the questions that are asked in the personality test i.e. How much do you enjoy vibrant social events with lots of people? How often do you think about what you should’ve said in a conversation long after it has taken place? Do you have a careful and methodical approach to life? Although these questions seem rudimentary, however, the results that you get are surprisingly accurate and meaningful.
Not only that it’s enjoyable to be reading about yourself from a third-party perspective, but it can give you insights that you might not have thought of before. This can be an initial guideline to knowing yourself, and it’s also free! So go ahead and discover who you actually are! https://www.16personalities.com/
- Notice where your energy comes from
People feel the most energetic when they’re exercising their strengths. From now on, keep track of the activities that make you feel invigorated and pumped up because they’re likely to involve your inner capabilities. You can begin by paying attention to the time that you stand out from the crowd. What sort of things do you find enjoyable while achieving impressive results? - How would your friends describe you?
After undergoing self-exploration procedures, it’s time to seek for your friends family and teachers’ perception about yourself. Here are some questions you can ask them:
How would you describe me?
Which areas do you think I’m outstanding?
Which areas do you see me struggling?
What have I always been good at since I was a kid?
However, their answers will vary depending on their point of view and the context in which they see you. You shouldn’t solely depend on other people’s judgment but deem it as a piece of advice.
